God’s Eternal Decree

The Divine Decree is something that happened in eternity past when God, unmoved by any outside circumstances or forces determined to create & in a single decree plotted the entire course of all creation. God did this because He desired to do it. He desired to make Himself known to His creatures. He desired to be glorified which is a supremely appropriate action for the God who is good, majestic and perfect.
